Yes. Each painting is hand-painted to order, and we email photos of the finished piece before shipping. Subtle brushwork and texture variations are natural; the artwork should still match your ordered design and specifications.

Please reply within 7 calendar days. If we receive no reply, we arrange shipment as ordered. If you have raised a concern or requested a change, we address it with you first. Any revisions, extra cost and timing will be discussed before proceeding. See Shipping & Delivery.

Preparation normally takes 7–10 calendar days after payment, including painting, drying, photo approval and packaging. Delivery normally takes a further 7–10 calendar days after dispatch: an estimated 14–20 calendar days in total when approval stays on schedule.

Calendar days include weekends. Delayed approval, customization, holidays or carrier disruptions may extend this estimate. Contact us before ordering if you need your painting by a specific date. See Shipping & Delivery.

Worldwide shipping is free, and we cover import duties and customs clearance fees. If a carrier requests these charges, contact us before paying.

Prices exclude sales tax. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout and shown before payment. We email tracking information after dispatch. See Shipping & Delivery.

For framed paintings, the listed dimensions include the frame. For rolled canvas, they refer to the painted area, excluding the extra blank border left for stretching or framing. For sets, check both the total dimensions and “Each” panel size; allow extra wall space for gaps.

Framed paintings arrive ready to hang. Rolled canvas needs stretching or framing; Frameless Stretch has no outer decorative frame. Hanging orientation follows the main product image by default—contact us before shipping to request a change. Room images are styling references; use the listed measurements.

Yes. Email info@wabisabipainting.com with your preferred dimensions, colors and any reference images you have permission to use. Before payment, we confirm the specifications, price, production estimate, photo review and revision arrangements, and cancellation and return terms.

Personalized artwork is excluded from change-of-mind returns; remedies for damage, defects or incorrect supply still apply.

Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Artwork must be unused, undamaged and unchanged, with proof of purchase and supplied accessories. Contact us for approval and the designated return address; mail it within 7 calendar days of approval unless otherwise agreed.

You pay preference-related return postage; eligible returns have no restocking fee. Personalized artwork, gift cards, clearance and Final Sale items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Standard designs painted to order are not automatically personalized. We process eligible refunds within 3 business days of receiving the return; payment-provider posting times vary. Please report damage, defects or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery to info@wabisabipainting.com, with your order number and photos or video where possible. Keep the artwork and packaging and contact us before returning anything. We cover necessary return postage for confirmed damage, defects or our fulfillment error.

The 48-hour request does not limit mandatory rights or defects that could not reasonably be found in that period. For a confirmed lost shipment, we offer a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund if you prefer. See Returns & Exchanges.

Email info@wabisabipainting.com as soon as possible. Before painting begins, you may cancel for a full refund. After painting begins and before shipment, a US$50–US$100 labor fee applies; we confirm the exact fee and refund with you first. Changes may affect price and timing.

After shipment, return rules apply. This fee does not apply to confirmed lost-order refunds or when you are entitled to a full refund because we cannot ship as promised. See Returns & Exchanges.
