Payment information is processed by the payment service you select. We receive transaction information needed to handle your order and refunds. Please do not email full card numbers, security codes, or account passwords.

We share relevant information with Shopify and providers needed to operate the store, process payments, communicate with you, and deliver orders. Depending on your choices and shipment, these can include Shopify Payments, PayPal, wallet or card services, and UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Information shared is related to the service being performed.

The artist or production team working on a commission may receive the reference materials and specifications needed to create it. Providing a personal photo for a commission does not by itself authorize us to publish it in advertising.

Information may also be disclosed when you request it, when legally required, to address legal claims or protect rights, or as part of a lawful business transfer with appropriate protections.

5. Shopify and external services

Shopify hosts our store and processes information to provide its commerce services. Some processing is performed on our behalf; Shopify may also be responsible for processing associated with its own consumer services, such as Shop or Shop Pay. Its role depends on the feature and how it is used.

Commission materials and correspondence are retained according to the needs of the commission and related records, rather than for unrestricted future use.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No online system can guarantee complete security. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information and keep your account access details secure.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of, or a portable copy of your information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain advertising-related processing.
